Originally known as Tercera Generación, they played their first full show in 1995. Just a few years later, in 1998, they secured a record deal with Hacienda Records of Corpus Christi, Texas. They went on to record two albums, earning a nomination for Album of the Year at the prestigious Tejano Music Awards.
